1. Ownership and user content

StudyGee's software, branding, visual identity, original content, databases, original questions, and interface designs are owned by or licensed to Nexwad. Accessing StudyGee does not transfer ownership rights.

Users retain ownership of content they lawfully own, while granting StudyGee the permissions reasonably necessary to host, store, process, display, reproduce, and distribute that content through the platform.

2. Contributor responsibilities

Teachers and contributors must own their material or have permission to use it, avoid knowingly infringing another person's rights, and have authority to grant StudyGee the necessary licence.

3. Copyright complaints

Send your name, contact details, the copyrighted work, the location of the allegedly infringing content, an explanation, an accuracy statement, and evidence of ownership or authorisation where reasonably necessary to Nexwad — StudyGee at [COPYRIGHT EMAIL].

We may request information, temporarily restrict or remove content, contact the uploader, or restore content if a complaint is unsupported. Repeated or serious infringement may result in restricted or terminated accounts. Do not knowingly submit false reports.

4. Third-party materials

StudyGee may link to or reference third-party educational materials. Ownership remains with the applicable rights holder.
