Teacher & Content Contributor Agreement

1. Responsibilities and ownership

Contributors must provide accurate information to the best of their knowledge and are responsible for the content they submit. You retain ownership of lawfully owned content; this Agreement does not transfer underlying intellectual property to Nexwad.

2. Licence to StudyGee

By submitting content, you grant Nexwad a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, host, reproduce, display, distribute, process, format for presentation, and use it to operate and improve StudyGee. The licence continues as reasonably necessary for the service and legal, security, backup, and operational needs.

3. Analytics, warranties, and moderation

We may analyse contributed content and student interaction to measure educational usefulness, identify difficult questions and errors, improve quality, recommendations, and learning features. You represent that you have sufficient rights, permissions for third-party material, and that your content does not knowingly infringe rights, contain malware, or intentionally contain unlawful material.

We may review, moderate, edit, restrict, or remove content for copyright, accuracy, safety, policy, legal, or technical reasons. Submission does not guarantee publication, and contributor privileges may be suspended or terminated for violations.

4. Profiles and contact
