1. Students

Students should use StudyGee honestly, respect others, complete activities legitimately, protect accounts, report inappropriate behaviour, and respect intellectual property. Students must not impersonate others, manipulate results, cheat, harass, gain unauthorised access, distribute restricted examination content, or abuse StudyGee systems.

2. Teachers

Teachers should provide accurate information and appropriate educational content, respect students and their privacy, avoid inappropriate communication, respect copyright, and use StudyGee only for legitimate educational purposes. Teachers must not exploit, manipulate, threaten, harass, or improperly contact students.

3. Safety, reporting, and enforcement

We do not tolerate threats, bullying, harassment, sexual harassment, hate-based abuse, intimidation, exploitation, or deliberate humiliation. Where we become aware of credible safety concerns involving a student, we may take reasonable protective steps and comply with applicable law.

Report concerns to Nexwad — StudyGee at [SAFETY EMAIL]. Depending on severity, we may warn, remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, or refer serious matters to appropriate authorities. We aim to investigate fairly and proportionately; knowingly false accusations are prohibited.
