A minor's information may include name, email, educational information, subjects, learning activity, practice results, progress, and technical information required to operate the service.

2. Learning information and advertising

We may use learning activity to improve a student's learning experience, such as identifying areas where additional material or practice could help. We do not intend to use children's learning information or learning history for targeted advertising.

3. Parents, safety, and teachers

Where applicable law requires parental or guardian involvement, we will implement appropriate mechanisms. Parents or guardians may contact us about a child's information and request appropriate action, subject to applicable law.

Teachers may use student information only for legitimate educational purposes and must not request unnecessary personal information through StudyGee.
